These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the Agent Detour mobile app ("the App"), operated by Bullit Technologies Limited ("we", "us", "our"). By downloading or using the App, you agree to these Terms.
You must be at least 13 years old to use Agent Detour. By using the App, you confirm that you meet this requirement.
You're responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account and for all activity that happens under it. If you notice unauthorised use of your account, please contact us at support@agentdetour.com.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.
Agent Detour aggregates and summarises sports news from third-party publishers, and generates AI-assisted summaries ("breakdowns") of that content. News content and images remain the property of their original publishers. We provide summaries and links in good faith to help you follow the sports you care about, and do not claim ownership over third-party news content.
AI-generated content may occasionally contain inaccuracies. Always check the original source for anything you intend to rely on.
The App includes casual games (e.g. Spordle, Sporbit, Guess Who, Connections, Trivia) and leaderboards. These are provided for entertainment purposes. We may adjust game rules, content, or availability at our discretion.
Agent Detour is currently free to download and use, with no advertising. We may in future introduce an optional paid subscription tier offering additional features. Core functionality that is free today will not be moved behind a paywall retroactively without clear notice, and the App will remain free to download and use at a basic level.
If a subscription is introduced, separate terms covering billing, renewal, and cancellation will be provided at that time, and payment will be processed by a third-party payment provider — we do not store your card details ourselves.
We aim to keep Agent Detour available and up to date, but we don't guarantee uninterrupted access. Features depending on third-party data providers (e.g. live scores) may occasionally be delayed or unavailable due to circumstances outside our control.
The Agent Detour name, logo, and app design are the property of Bullit Technologies Limited. You may not copy, modify, or redistribute any part of the App without our permission.
The App is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, to the extent permitted by law. We are not liable for any inaccuracies in third-party news content, scores, or statistics displayed in the App.
To the extent permitted by law, Bullit Technologies Limited will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the App.
You may stop using the App at any time. To request deletion of your account, contact us at support@agentdetour.com. We may suspend or terminate your access if you violate these Terms.
These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
We may update these Terms from time to time. We'll update the "Last updated" date above, and for material changes we'll notify you within the App.
